Rising 9th grade Curriculum Night - Monday, January 10 @ 6:00-7:00         

This presentation will focus on welcoming upcoming 9th grade students and parents to Madison High School for school year 2022-23. After a welcome by Mr. Hood, the department chairs will discuss curricular options for freshmen. The Director of Student Activities will discuss clubs, activities and athletics.

Rising 10-12th grade Curriculum Night - Thursday, January 13 @ 6:00-7:00         

This presentation will cover curricular options for students heading into 10th, 11th and 12th grades next year. Department chairs will discuss the various options within their specific subject. This is a great opportunity to learn about sequencing and pathways within the core subjects. The program will be recorded and posted.

College Planning Night for Juniors - Wednesday, January 12 @ 7:00-8:30         

Madison HS will be hosting four, very experienced and knowledgeable college admission representatives for a live and moderated virtual discussion. This program will cover a variety of college topics such as what juniors should be doing now for research, preparation, applications, acceptance and making the final decision. This event is targeted at juniors who are interested in four-year colleges/universities and their parents/guardians. Additional post-secondary events:  Planning to attend a two-year college, which is often Northern Virginia Community College for our students, taking a gap year, pursuing an apprenticeship or employment, and financial aid will be offered at later dates.

Electives Fair Night - Tuesday, January 18 @ 6:00-7:00

This program is a great opportunity to explore the different electives options students have at Madison. An email will be sent closer to the event with various links to explore the electives.
