PERFORMANCE IN COURSEWORK 

Outcomes
  • By June 2025, the percentage of students earning a C- or above will increase by 4% among the following subgroups: Students with Disabilities 72% to 76%, Multilingual Learners 48% to 52%.
  • By June 2025, the percentage of students earning a C- or above will increase from by 4% from an 86% to 90%.
Strategies
  • INSTRUCTION: Strengthen differentiation by designing and implementing effective scaffolds.
  • MATH: Increase teachers' implementation strategies related to Shift 8: from looking for correct answers towards revealing student thinking.
  • ELA: Provide opportunities for students to write in multiple forms and for multiple purposes.

PROGRESSION TO ADVANCED COURSEWORK

Outcomes
  • By the end of the school year 2024-2025, students with disabilities and ELP groups levels 3-4 who have met or projected to meet the CCCRI requirement will each increase by 10%. 
  • By the end of the school year 2024-2025, the percentage of students succeeding in one or more AP/DE or other 1.0 weighted course or earning CTE finisher status by the end of high school will increase by 4% (91% SY 24 to 95% SY25). 
Strategies
  • Use Academic and Career Advisory Lessons (available in Schoology).
  • Increase opportunities for student reflection, goal-setting, and feedback that supports growth around content and Portrait of a Graduate skills.
  •  Increase opportunities for students to engage in rigorous and open-ended tasks that require critical and creative thinking.
  • By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, we will have a detailed plan for each student with ELP to meet or be projected to meet by the end of their senior year.
